We want you to love your GIA pieces, but if something isn't right, you can return your items for a store credit or refund within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene liners in place.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Download Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at your nearest authorized postal carrier location.
Processing and Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or refund within 5-7 business days.
